Cleanliness and safety are a top priority for SCP. In addition to the County’s Covid-19 required protocols we have also implemented additional protocols to ensure the safety and protection of our staff and patrons.
These include but are not limited to:
DESIGNATED HOURS
We will alter our hours to be in three-hour timeframes to allow us to keep groups separate while allowing time for them to play and then for staff to properly sanitize the facility.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
All participants must have a reservation prior to coming. The maximum group size will be 12 in one reservation.
COMPLETE WAIVERS
All waivers must be completed prior to arriving or completed on customers own device. We will not have a device on site for this purpose.
FACE MASKS REQUIRED
Face masks must be worn at the facility at all time by staff and all participants, this will be optional when playing in the game but required in all common areas. If someone does not bring a face covering one will be provided.
MINIMAL CONTACT TRANSACTIONS
All transactions will occur outside and will be minimal contact. All cashiers will properly sanitize check in area, and wear gloves during all transactions. A sanitized pen will be provided for signing credit card slips.
DISPOSABLE TABLE COVERS
In the staging area, a clean disposable plastic table covering will be provided for each group, this will be removed and replaced in between groups as part of our sanitizing process.
NO SPECTATORS
Spectators are discouraged at this time to limit total occupancy. Minors will be allowed to have one parent present.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
All groups must socially distance while in both the staging area and in the playing areas. Tables will be spaced apart as to allow for social distancing to be followed.
TEMPERATURE SCAN
All participants will be required to pass a temperature scan prior to entering receiving a wristband to play.
EQUIPMENT SANITIZED
All equipment will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each use. Equipment will only be used once a day to allow 24 hours for full sanitization.
HAND SANITIZERS PROVIDED
Hand sanitizer will be provided at each playing station and throughout the facility. Hand washing will be highly encouraged in between games.
RESTROOMS SANITIZED
Restroom facilities will be sanitized each hour after opening.
